After years of facing challenges with mental health, financial stress, and addiction, I made a decision to completely change my life. My turning point began with a book by my favorite author Dr. Joe Dispenza, which introduced me to the concept that meditation means “to become familiar with.” Through consistent practice, I learned how to create new neural pathways, shift my mindset, and embody the version of myself I had once only envisioned.

Today, I’m proud to be a successful business owner living a life of purpose, fulfillment, and balance. My coaching approach is built on those same principles of transformation, I provide you with the tools, guidance, and support to help you reprogram your mind and create lasting change.
